What materials are Sofia Panels made from?
Our panels are crafted from high-quality, sustainable materials including moisture-resistant MDF, authentic wood veneers, and high-density polymers, ensuring both durability and a premium aesthetic for your home.
Do I need a professional to install the panels?
Not necessarily. Sofia Panels are designed for a DIY-friendly experience. Most of our products can be installed using common household tools and construction adhesive, though professional installation is recommended for complex architectural layouts.
How long does shipping take for large orders?
Standard processing takes 2-3 business days. Due to the size and weight of paneling, transit times typically range from 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can your panels be used in bathrooms or kitchens?
Yes, we offer specific moisture-resistant collections designed for high-humidity areas. However, we do not recommend installing them in direct contact with water, such as inside a shower stall.
What is your return policy if I order too many panels?
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged panels within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on bulky items, so we highly recommend using our calculator or ordering a sample kit first.
Do you offer custom sizes or finishes?
While our standard panels come in fixed dimensions for consistency, they can easily be cut to size during installation. For large-scale commercial projects, please contact our support team to discuss custom finish options.
